Perfect for 1.5 baths in cold climates, 2 baths in moderate climates and 3 baths in warm climates.

At 21KW heating power, the Titan N-210 tankless water heater would be adequate for small homes in cold other climates. That being the case, it will easily service more baths in warm southern climates. If you have a 1 to 1.5 bath apartment or cabin up north you will be fine with this heater. If you have 2.5 baths down south this will also work for you.

The space saving benefits are also undeniable. At 50 gallons, the standard 3 bedroom 2 bath conventional tank heater takes up about 20 cubic feet of space and weighs about 130lbs. The Titan N-210 tankless water heater takes up about .29 cubic feet and weighs only 9.8 pounds making it 80 times smaller than a conventional heater and making delivery, installation and service, a breeze.

  • what is the average cost to operate per year

The answer to this question is highly dependant on usage. Of course, the more you use it, and the longer it is running on a daily basis, the more it is going to cost. Fortunately, if used in the same manner as a tank water heater, the annual cost will be substatially lower becasue a tankless water heater is not heating water 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We've given some examples in our Tankless 101 section.

  • How many gallons per minute is this

About 7 to 10 GPM depending on your water pressure.

  • Not sure why it seems like the kitchen sink runs good hot water consistent, but when I turn the tub on it gets real hot, then tepid for a couple minutes, then it will get hot again, then tepid, I cannot fill the tub because of this?? It seems like the shower will run consistent though. Is it possible this heater can't keep up with the tub flow?? The unit is only 1.5 years old and I believe this is the first time someone tried using the tub. Please help:) I have a Titan N210 and it only runs 1 bath and a kitchen sink. Also, it was 60 degrees all day so it's not cold out.
