I couldn’t find any info on maintenance of my M16 tankless water heater. Many suggest flushing the system with distilled white vinegar on an annual basis. No info on doing that for the M16.
Flushing or close-loop flushing doesn't clean your heater. I know all the info available online regarding flushing. It simply doesn't work. What you need is a filter. Call us, we are trained professionals in tankless technology. 305-823-6991. Will be happy to point you in the right direction.

I don’t have any place to mount it indoors can it be hooked up outside

Can I use 36" stainless 1/2" flex connectors on inlet and outlet of S16?
Yes, when installing your iHeat S16 tankless water heater, you may decide to use stainless flex connectors as opposed to copper piping stemming from the unit, which may be ideal in some instances where you are limited in your installation space.

No its too small. You'll need a 24 kw to 29kw heater.
