Can this be used in a Daisy Chain configuration? My inlet water temp is 55 degrees. My pipes run in a concrete slab. This bathroom is at the far end of the house. I want to feed this with "hot water." Currently, it takes about 3 minutes for the water to heat up that is coming from the main house water heater so this unit will heat for about 3 minutes and then do nothing. My goal is to reduce the three minutes to something more manageable. I realize I will still be losing a lot of heat to the pipes in the slab. I don't have enough power available to put in a larger unit in this location.
Yes you may do so. We consider that set up as a booster system.
-
Can the unit be installed on its side
Not recommended. Upright only.
-
How do you adjust the temperature
On this model the temp. is set to high at all times. It's non-adjustable.

Can you lay the unit flat?
Yes you may.
