Essentially, the Tempra 29 Plus tankless water heater packs a wallop. It produces a 66℉ (degrees Fahrenheit) temperature rise at 3 gallons per minute! What this means is that if you have an incoming water temperature of 55℉, you will be able to heat water at two showers at the same time and then some! In addition, the "flow control" technology built into the Tempra Plus series will ensure that the temperature to your showers will be constant no matter who else may use hot water in your home at the same time.
