The Tempra® 12 Plus tankless water heater produces a 54℉ (degree Fahrenheit) temperature rise above ambient water temperature at 1.5 gallons per minute. This basically means that you can easily run a shower or a faucet in warm climates. The cool part about the Tempra® Plus series is that it will actually restrict the water flow slightly if needed in order to compensate for temperature. If you have a rental apartment or condo a hotel room or even a small house with one bathroom in a warm climate, this heater is right for you.
