Titan says this unit (Titan-N-120 SS ) has a 2-year parts warranty and a 10-year leak warranty. You say you provide a 1-year part warranty. Which is it? Also, are you an authorized Titan retailer?

I have had a N-120 for over 20 years with no problems at all. Suddenly the water would not stay hot for a shower so I replaced with a new N-120S and have the same problem. Any idea what could be the matter?

Is a pressure tank required?

I currently have a Titan N-120 and while it heats the water fine it stops heating while I am in the shower and comes back on hot water in about a minute or so...what could be the problem and possible fix or should I upgrade the unit to your new N-120S? Also if I upgraded how long would it take to get the new unit...I live in Brooksville, FL 34613
