All returns are within 30 days of the date of purchase for exchange or refund. Product returned must be in new, unused/not installed, resellable condition and in its original, undamaged box.

Absolutely no returns due to heater being too large of electrical amp, voltage capacity or lack of slot space in your electrical panel. You, the buyer, must do your due diligence prior to making a purchase. Check with a licensed electrician to conduct a load calculation first. In other words, if you buy a heater from us and later find out you can’t install it because your electrical cannot handle the load there will be no returns accepted no exceptions. If you need assistance with electrical load calculations, we have engineers available to answer your question prior to your purchase.

If you need to return an item or an order for a refund, please contact us for an RMA number.

Electrical wire cannot be returned or refunded because it is cut to your specification at the time of purchase.

Refunds will only be made via the method paid and processed via same credit or debit card. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on any special or factory orders, custom built or modified heaters, non-stocking items, electrical panels, sub panels, or anything else that is customized or special built to a customer's specification.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE RMA APPROVAL. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. IF YOU SEND AN ITEM BACK WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) FROM US IT WILL BE HELD BY OUR RECEIVING DEPARTMENT UNTIL RMA IS ISSUED. PLEASE CALL US FOR AN RMA PRIOR TO SHIPPING AN ORDER BACK TO US. THIS WILL ALLOW US TO PROPERLY PROCESS YOUR RETURN WITHOUT DELAY.

IMPORTANT: Order cancellations, regardless of how much time has elapsed from the time the order was placed, are subject to a 5% fee that is collected directly by Shopify Payments and is absolutely non-refundable under any circumstances.
